Bruce Kellar, a thirty-eight year veteran of the industry, joined Sager Electronics in 1996 and led the charge in establishing Sager's West Coast presence. Tapping into his keen sales, marketing and people skills, he was instrumental in Sager’s acquisition and assimilation of Cal Switch in 1999. Promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2007, Mr. Kellar helped devise and execute Sager’s customer focused sales strategy. Named Senior Vice President of Sales in 2016, Mr. Kellar played a pivotal role in Sager’s acquisition and integration of PowerGate LLC, a regional power supply distributor headquartered in North California, and Norvell Electronics, a regional power supply distributor and value ad operation based out of Carrollton, Texas. Today, Mr. Kellar leads a sales organization of 200 sales professionals and sales engineers with the goal of differentiating Sager by becoming a leading distributor in power products together with Sager's strong interconnect and electromechanical product offering. Prior to joining Sager, Mr. Kellar was with Acacia/Deanco for 18 years as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. A native of Southern California, he attended Fullerton College.

Tony Gann has spent over 30 years in the electronic component industry. He has many years experience in sales originally with Fairchild Semiconductor, National Semiconductor and Toshiba before foudign Southbridge in 1994. Southbridge has represented premier electronic component companies over the years and continues to staff the largest & most technical engineering degreed team in their markets. Tony earned his BSEE for the University of Alabama in 1983, originally working in engineering rools at United Technologies and TRW in the defense industry.
Tony is on the board of the Alabama State Kidney Foundation, and enjoys playing his guitar and traveling with his family in his spare time.

Robert began his career in the electronics components industry in 1988 and has had a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from regional sales management, channel sales, global EMS sales, customer service and product marketing management. Robert has managed business and teams around the world and has worked for prominent suppliers such as Amphenol RF, Dialight Corporation, and is now in his 10th year with Crouzet.
Robert is passionate about bringing new people and new ways of thinking into the industry. Currently a member of ECIA’s Manufacturing Council, the 2025 Executive Conference Planning Committee, Robert chaired the 2022 Executive Conference. Robert’s passion for exercise extends beyond the gym to road cycling and he enjoys spending time with family as frequently as possible.
