Morton has served the company for 40+ years in various leadership positions, most recently providing exceptional leadership as chief operating officer. Through his years with TTI, Morton has played a vital role in building the company to its current level of success. His knowledge of the company and vast experience is expected to serve him well as he takes on this new key position.

He has been involved in all aspects of operations and supplier relations at TTI. Prior to coming to TTI, Mike worked for various distribution warehouses in the Fort Worth/Dallas area.

Tom Wichert is the Executive vice president of Sales & Marketing of TDK-Lambda Americas. He joined TDK-Lambda in 1998 as the business development manager and was named to his current position in 2017.  He directs all TDK-Lambda’s sales & marketing activities in North and South America, including working with sales representatives, distributors, regional sales managers and key account managers.  Prior to his move to TDK-Lambda, Tom was a design engineer and then program manager at Aerospace Avionics, Inc.  He earned a BSEE from West Virginia University and an MBA from Hofstra University.

Dayna Badhorn is regional president of Americas electronic components at Avnet. In this role, she leads all activities tied to Avnet’s electronics components business in the Americas where she oversees operations and sales teams supporting business in the region.

Since joining Avnet in in 1998, Badhorn has held leadership roles in sales, technical support, supplier management and business development. Most recently, she served as global vice president, strategic planning, and corporate marketing, where she worked across global business units to identify growth opportunities to enhance Avnet's overall business portfolio, financial strength, and market value.

Badhorn previously served as vice president, strategic planning for the Electronic Components global business, where she led the digital transformation initiative and several other global growth programs. Before this role, she launched and oversaw Avnet’s Emerging Business teams to find, evaluate and develop new profitable business opportunities, particularly in the startup space. This included managing the Avnet online communities Hackster.io and element14.

Badhorn serves on the board of CoValence Laboratories and is committed to community service and leadership development through her work with Homeward Bound. She was featured on CRN’s 2021 Women of the Channel List for her work accelerating channel growth. Badhorn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

A senior executive with over twenty years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations.  Mark’s experience with sales, marketing, and customer service teams spans multiple cultures from tenures in the USA and China.

In North America Mark managed a sales and marketing team responsible for direct OEM and distribution sales management as National Sales Manager and then Vice President of Marketing.  He successfully led a transformation of the distribution channel business for ebm-papst  to increase the branding, sales, margins, and mindshare.

Mark relocated to China in early 2010 as General Manager for ebm-papst China with full P&L responsibility for the sales, engineering, and manufacturing operation.  ebm-papst doubled the sales and size of the operation within a 5 year period.

Mark returned to the US in late 2014 as Executive Vice President focused on improving the operation in manufacturing and engineering.  Mark is the CEO of ebm-papst for the Americas region since 2015.

As president of Sager Electronics, Frank Flynn is responsible for the execution of the company's strategic growth plans. He works closely with his team to drive sales growth and to promote operational excellence.

Frank joined Sager Electronics in 1983 and was appointed president in 1999.  Prior to assuming the position of president, Frank served as COO, CFO, and director of corporate development.  Since becoming president, Frank has led the company through a period of unprecedented change, bringing focus and structure to Sager's market position, customer base and sales strategy. Frank is credited with the acquisition of West Coast distributor CalSwitch, which solidified Sager as a national distributor. He drove the company’s implementation of a new ERP system and its move to build a new state-of-the-art distribution center.

Frank holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and a MBA in Finance and Marketing from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

Anne has been in the electronic industry for over 30 years and has held several positions over her career. She started out as a Manufacturer’s Representative, for a firm located in the mid-west, and in 1998 joined Vishay’s sales organization as a Global Account Manager. She was responsible for the Automotive Segment, led Vishay’s Strategic Global Accounts and later took the role as Sales Leader for the Americas.

Today, Anne has a newly formed position, Global Customer Experience, for the company. She works across all functions of the organization to ensure that Vishay is aligned with customers’ expectations and offers support as the industry needs evolve. Anne works closely with both Sales and Marketing operations to support the company. She was invited to join the GIPC in 2023 and remains an active participant of this organization

Karim Yasmine is an industry veteran with over 26 years of experience driving the overall business growth of a world leader in electronic components distribution, Future Electronics, a WT Microelectronics company.

Throughout his tenure with Future Electronics, he has managed technology business units and strategic suppliers. Karim’s current role is of Executive Vice President of Global Product Marketing and Strategic Supplier Development.  Karim is also responsible for supplier expansion and leads the Future Electronics Manufacturers’ Rep Council.

Karim earned a Graduate Degree from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Canada, which is home to the Future Electronics worldwide Corporate Headquarters.

When Karim is not leading key his global team and corporate strategies, he enjoys watching and playing multiple team sports, traveling and most importantly spending quality time with his family.
